"After months of hesitation, I came to the
realization that I was only putting off the inevitable. I needed
a website. Having spoken to Mary Johnson several times, and
appreciating her knowledge and professionalism, I gave her the green
light to begin.
I must say, I am very pleased and excited with
the results.
Mary was easy to work with and always available
for questions and concerns. She seemed to bring out the best
in me and my creativity.
With her extensive knowledge and patience and my
vision, we created a website that stands tall in the forest of cyberspace.
Check out my web site then take the plunge... you
won't be sorry!"

Secure Shopping Cart Web Site Development
The
Crowsline
Janene Dolle, the proprietor of Scensible Scents, Ltd. wanted
a website to grow her wholesale scented candle business.
However, she chose to put her limited funds into the website
and shopping cart, not the Internet Marketing, because she
knew she would have accesss to thousands of potential buyers
when she set up her booth at local area festivals.
Successful Business Without Internet Marketing
To make this happen, she created a cute refrigerator magnet
in the shape of a primitive black crow with her website address
and 800 number on it (find
out more about getting your own inexpensive 800 number)
and put one into the bags of people who bought her products
at the local festivals.
This was a very successful strategy because she is getting
lots of repeat orders through the web site for very little
expense.
The Design Process
Talk about starting from scratch! We started out from
nothing and made a really fun site that sells primitive candles
and accessories.
It all started with the owner's love for primitive black
crows.
Choosing a Domain Name
The owner, Janene Dolle, has
a sense of humor and likes playing with words -- as you can
tell from the clever name of her business "Scentsible Scents".
I worked with her, asking lots of questions and gradually,
an idea began to develop.
Since
she sells a "line of goods" and crows are typically seen
on clotheslines, the web site name of The
Crowsline seemed fitting and proper.
Developing the Marketing Theme
TheCrowsline.com was the basis for the entire theme of
the site, as depicted by the graphics in the banner
I designed.
The colors were from the palette that Janene loved. This
truly is a site that the owner could feel she had a part
in creating.
